Our “Mountain Dew” – Is an incredible single origin from El Salvador, known as the “Land of Volcanos” The highly fertile soil and climate is perfect for growing coffee. Producing a truly magical drop!
It carries sweet Caramel aroma and chocolate notes. Complex, vibrant Acidity and medium body mellow into creamy rich sweetness to finish.
It is grown by finca San Antonio Rain Forest Alliance at a sustainable farm at 1400-1700 metres above sea level under shade trees which prolongs the ripening of the cherries which gives the fantastic velvety smoothness.
This Red Borbon is one of the oldest Arabica coffees, a red in colour cherry which is known for complex acidy, Caramel and chocolate tones and is produced using the “washed” method to ensure a clean flavour
