Free Delivery
Free delivery is within the UK only and is sent via Royal Mail and 2nd class and between 2-5 days delivery time. *To qualify you must have spent £25 after any discount is applied; offer does not apply to gift subscriptions and coffee club.
We want the coffee to arrive with you as fresh as possible. With that in mind, we process our orders every morning to get them to you as quick as possible. There will be times during busy periods such as public holidays when we need your understanding of small delays.
Buzzbox will do its absolute best to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
After we receive your order it will be despatched at the latest the next working day. Working days are Mon – Friday (exc bank holidays), if you order after 12noon on Friday then it will be processed the following Monday.
Items will be posted to the shipping address received during the checkout process.
Delivery Charges
All charges will be clearly displayed at checkout and will be sent using Royal Mail or DHL. This will vary depending on the time of the order and size of the parcel. Buzzbox aims to get your glorious coffee to you as quickly as possible. Always.
