A speciality blend of South American coffee beans, grown in dense jungle regions of South America, you can feel the intense jungle coming through in complex flavours.
The Brazilian from famed Mogiana region including Mina Gerais and Sao Paulo offer bright yellow fruit like acidity, delicate caramel like sweetness and a rounded body.
Slightly darker roasted Columbian brings out fruity tones and adds a rich creamy yoghurt-like acidity with hints of cashew nuts. When it blossoms, you begin to taste fruity yet spicy notes of mulled wine, followed up by a soft milky chocolate finish on the edge of the palate.
The completion of the Jungle blend is strictly high grown beans from Honduras adding lively acidity, soft body with a smooth end.
